If anyone is hurt, the road is blocked and/or either vehicle is not drivable, please call 911 immediately.

Accidents

If an accident occurs please call the police and get a police report. Take pictures if possible. You have 24 hours to turn in the Accident Report (Accident Reports are under Forms tab).

Breakdowns

In case of an emergency during normal business hours please call (919) 513-7665.

In case of an emergency after business hours, for Motor Fleet Management vehicles (BLACK FUEL CARD PACKET), please call (800) 277-8181. ARI will assist you with roadside assistance/towing, service work and alternate transportation.

In case of an emergency after business hours, for NC State-Fleet Services vehicles (RED FUEL CARD PACKET), please call Roadside Assistance/Towing (866) 329-3471. The WEX card (fuel card) you have been issued with all NC State-Fleet Services vehicles (RED FUEL CARD PACKET), will work as a PCARD with authorized service providers.
