Bus & Shuttle Reservations Request

All Shuttle Requests Must Include an Itinerary. All Bus reservations are accompanied with a Google Calendar invite, sent to whom requested the reservation and the bus driver, with important reservation details including contact information. Please review to ensure all details are correct.

Reservation Changes and Cancellations

Please keep all reservation changes to a minimum
Administrative fees may be applied to shuttle changes and/or cancellations
Fleet Services can not guarantee shuttle availability if changes are requested after the reservation is created. Accommodations will be based on bus and driver availability
